Eight Mascots Remain — And the Bears Are Rolling

The NFL Mascot Death Match Tournament is officially down to the quarterfinals, and only eight mascots remain standing.

At this stage, one competitor is starting to look like the mascot to beat: the Bears. So far, Chicago’s bruiser has marched through the bracket with little resistance, and his next opponent – the Eagles – appears to be another obstacle rather than a serious threat. On paper, this feels like a matchup the Bears should handle handily.

Elsewhere, things get far more interesting.

The Saints’ muscular mascot, modeled after St. George the Dragon Slayer, squares off against the Packers – a hardened, battle-tested brawler who won’t go down easily.

The Steelers, forged by years of steel and grit, face the Jaguars, a lean and lethal predator built for quick, decisive strikes.

And in a true test of bulk and brute force, the Bills’ American bison collides with the Texans’ long-horned bull in what could be the most physically punishing matchup of the round.

With the field narrowing and the stakes rising, only one question remains:

Who will be the last mascot standing?
